	Decaf - Hooked on coffee, tea, yerba maté, or migraine medicine? None of it has any kick within the affected area.
	Bad for Business - Cafés, tea houses, and restaurants are going to have a lot of disappointed and maybe even angry customers.
	Witch Hunt - A lot of groggy, under-caffeinated people are going to be looking for mutants to blame.

Introduction
xxxxxSomething is dampening sound in Manhattan, and the effect seems to be growing stronger.
History
xxxxx On October 19th, people across Manhattan started noticing a subtle muffling of sound. Though barely perceptible at first, it quickly grew strong enough to interfer with spoken communication, among other things.
