A ship is safe in harbor, but that's not what ships are for.
Introduction

xxxxxIgnore the claws and mouthful of sharp teeth. Just remember, they are more scared of you than you are of them.

History

xxxxxBorn in rural Montana, the younger child (by a whopping four minutes!) of a couple recently immigrated from Vietnam. A human couple, who were not expecting their eagerly-awaited firstborn twins to be quite so -- well, blue. It wasn't a particularly cheerful home life, parents never really viewing their sharpclawed sharkteeth twins as anything but monsters; they leapt on the first opportunity to rid themselves of the pair.

Things aren't always terrible, though. After a long stint spent largely in cages, the twins were adopted by a young couple in New York, together with an also-adopted younger brother. The family has been through kind of a lot of ups and downs but for all the twists and turns of mutant lift, it's a loving happy home. Their second home, these days, is at Xavier's School, their father's alma mater.

B is on the verge of graduating at Xavier's, though it remains to be seen if any college will be look past the blue skin and sharkteeth long enough to see the exemplary academic record and laundry list of extracurriculars. In their spare time they work as a researcher at Stark Industries, leading an AI and Robotics team, and have recently started their own tiny startup company on the side -- Mako Inc, a small robotics company. At the moment its flagship product, launched at the very end of 2014 (just in time to fulfill Back to the Future's predictions!) is a hoverboard, marketed as a toy and quite popular with the skater crowd.

Powers

xxxxxBlue. That is likely the first thing anyone notices about B. Their mutation leaves them very noticeably mutanty, adapting their physiology for life in the water. Their fingers and toes are webbed (and rather sharp-clawed), they sport a small pair of gills on the sides of their neck and a larger pair down their sides, their clear inner eyelids are helpful for protecting their eyes while swimming. Their smile is somewhat disconcertingly toothy.

Bookworm - Library, bookstore, tucked up under a tree in a park; if they won't kick them out for their appearance, you might find them curled up away with a good book.
Under the Sea - Or next to it! Or the river. Or the reservoir. B loves the water, and is often found in the vicinity of places he can swim, whether they are supposed to be swimming in them or not.
Geek Squad - KIND OF A NERD. Heavily into robotics and programming. Will enthusiastically geek-out given the slightest provocation.
Natural 20s - See above re: KIND OF A NERD. Will also happily dive into tabletop games, be they board or card or RPGs.
Stark-in-Training - See above re: KIND OF A NERD. Employed as a senior researcher at Stark Industries; is the lead architect for a small A.I./robotics development team.
The First Rule... - Organizes and participates in a mutant-only Fight Club, Friday nights in the Lower East Side. Sometimes enjoys a good throwdown.
