xxxxxNoah can function decently as a villain, and is very well suited to scenes that involve causing panic, mayhem, and destruction. However, he often does not cause extreme problems, and can do low-key encounters as well with non-combative types. He just tends to be very obvious in scenes, and generally pulls a lot of attention just due to being such an obvious mutant (and a noisy one).

xxxxxA mix of kinetic absorption, strength and sonics.
Noah is entirely sealed in armor, which soaks kinetic attacks to add to his strength. Being shot by a bullet causes an increase in armor bulkiness and physical strength, for example. He is entirely blind, and uses incoming sound as his primary sense, as a type of radar. He can create a sonic scream (which does no damage) to add to his radar.
