xxxxxWillemina was born in Genosha into a typical colonizer family where everyone was rich, pretty, prejudiced and so on.
Life was dandy, until she mutated and from then on lived in fear from her own family for years.
Everyday was a heart pounding series of events where she had to listen to anti-mutant and anti-LGBTQ rhetoric all day long.
The worst part was watching her country, something she loved dearly, devolve into a cesspit of hate. And although she knew how bad it was, she never even tried to leave, as those bad things would never happen to her. She was different. She was from a powerful family that surely would protect their Bisexual Mutant daughter.
xxxxxWillemina was found out in mid 2023 by a mandatory gene test and lo and behold. Her family didn’t do anything when they came for her, except offer more hateful words.
She was so taken aback by this that she wouldn’t even fight her enslavement.
xxxxxIn Spring 2024, she was rescued by Ion and brought to New York, where she felt indebted to help her rescuer and thus joined the mongrels.
She began to enjoy life once more, slowly, but surely, unlearning all the hate that has been fed to her since childhood.
xxxxx In May 2025, she got into a little brawl with two purifiers after she drove on her bike while drunk. This incident cost her her Mongrel status and she is now unaffiliated with anyone.

|
xxxxxWhipcrack has the power to manipulate and feel metallic substances up to the weight of a car and up to 20 meters away. Everything heavier or farther away would drastically decrease her control over the substance. Her ability only allows her a rough control of the substances, such as creating crude objects like shackles.
In contrast to Magneto, she does not control the electro-magnetic field around the objects, but the objects themselves, which means she has zero control over magnetism and thus no control over electronics. But which also means she can control non-magnetic metals, such as Aluminium, Gold or Silver.
xxxxxHer main weapon is a whip which is inlaid with microscopic iron particles and has small chuncks of iron in its frayed tip. This allows her to execute otherwise impossible manouvres and even decide how loud the crack is going to be. She can thus use the weapon in complete silence or with thundering whipcracks. She preferrs the latter.
