She comes from Canada, Montreal and is a French Canadian, though her accent has gotten better with the two years spent in the United States. Little is known about her and she rarely speaks of her time in Canada, leaving a shroud of mystery of this part of her life...
xxxxx Rumors amongst the students of the Institution says that she has spent a few years in prison for some evil deeds she would have committed. Students whisper that she has some horrible powers that helped her commit her crimes and because of them, they weren't able to link her directly to her crimes. At any rate, few can say they've witnessed her using her powers : probably because she was forbidden from using them in the Institution, or so students believe...

xxxxxStipulations about Lulu's powers at the Institution vary between instant-rotting of flesh, some believe it's intense gravity field control that would allow her to make people implode, while others believe she has such an acute control over water that she can cause it to evaporate from one's body and/or control people like they were some puppets.
xxxxxIn truth, her powers are nothing flashy and she has grown very skilled at concealing the daily uses she does (hence the growing myth about them). Her powers allow her to teleport objects to her : she can summon inanimate objects in her hands (or near her if they're too big).
