The elegantly-dressed servers who circulate the room keep the alcohol flowing plentifully; the security cameras and stern-faced guards lurking about are plentiful, as well. The casino issues customized chips that can be given out to people by way of a pass to get in -- so you kind of have to Know Someone Who Knows Someone to get a hold of one. Unlike the club upstairs, the staff doesn't particularly care about mutants, here. If you have an invite chip, you're in. But they will throw troublemakers out with a quickness. They have several different psionic members on their security staff. Obviously they cannot catch everything, but they're really good at detecting cheaters, and really unforgiving with punishing them.
