Introduction
xxxxxChloe is an active young member of the Friends of Humanity, as well as currently a college student in Business. Her stance on mutants is clearly that of the Friends of Humanity. (For those that are wondering, she isn't aware she's a mutant.)
History
xxxxxChloe's father was a politician, who was tarnished by his wife being a crazy mutant. Since then, he is a rich businessman. Chloe herself is her father's daughter, and relatively recently joined the Friends of Humanity through her father's new wife, when they moved into the city. She has since been a political activist in her own right, on the side of humans.
Powers
xxxxxNullifier. But nobody would be aware of this. Telepaths: Chloe will seem like a walking robot that has no mind, for reference.
