After manifesting, he suffered from a mental breakdown and became ferociously violent. Pete has been kept under sedation ever since while his father uses his mutant abilities to fund his anti-mutant agenda. Description xxxxxPete’s softness can be disarming: large eyes, slender shoulders and small frame all conspire to one gentle effect. His medium length hair is often unkempt, and freckles dapple the bridge of his nose. Personality xxxxxPete uses his natural charisma to manipulate others for his own gain, or for the sheer pleasure of it. Most of his interactions are a well rehearsed lies. When this fails him, he is known to become easily frustrated and aggressive. However, there are chinks in his armor: he has a strong sense of familial loyalty, and is desperate to please a paternal figure that he hasn’t found yet. Powers xxxxxPete is a mutant with the ability to temporarily augment sections of his body with organic diamond clusters. Grotesquely coming up from beneath his skin, this can often be mistaken as him taking diamond form. The diamonds are always, inevitably rejected by his body and fall out. While attached, they function primarily as a defensive mechanism for him not unlike armor. xxxxxBy their very nature, diamonds are extremely hardy against physical force.
