xxxxxPepe, otherwise known as number twenty three, is a machine that's been given to Sebastian Shaw as a gift and the start of a mutual enterprise. Shaw doesn't seem to know what the hell to do with it.

xxxxxPepe's life began in a formerly abandoned factory in Latveria. Once a steel mill, it's been defunct for nearly a half decade. It's been renovated and restarted by Doctor Doom on short notice. It's produced several dozens androids by now, one of which happens to be number twenty three. Having escaped Doom's vicious claws, he has been rescued by Shaw and given new purpose by his wife. He is now Pepe. A murderous machine with a newfound appreciation of that which he sprays with lead.

xxxxxPepe is fiercely powerful. He can scale sufficiently uneven surfaces, he can match a human's dexterity, he exhibits a reasonable degree of superhuman strength and he is awfully good with a gun. Not that any of that matters now. He has found his second calling. A calling to fashion, botany and a newly discovered affinity to commit suicide.
