xxxxxSam was born in London, having a just above the bread line upbringing and the victim of bullying Sam spent much of his early years developing his love of technology. Ambitious Sam promised himself he'd achieve a better standard of living than his parents. When his mutant abilities first revealed themselves Sam would be plagued by a constant stream of information that he could hardly process, one that over the years only grew worse as technology advanced.
Eventually learning to channel his powers Sam would become obsessed with the development of technology and computer programs. His cyberpathy giving him both the means to access and manipulate virtually any system connected to the internet and to write computer programs intuitively Sam would study computer sciences and electronics. Becoming somewhat acclaimed as a rising star in the field. Suffering from a catatonic state for three months. Upon his recovery Samuel would focus almost completely on starting his own IT Security firm, one that's growing increasingly popular.

xxxxxSam's powers are those of cyberpathy. He's able to observe and interact with signals in the electromagnetic range. He can view and interpret these signals constantly. He can also scramble such signals. When in physical contact with electronic devices he can operate them without any need for input devices. With access to a device that can connect to the internet Sam's able to insert his consciousness into cyberspace, accessing, storing and altering data in ways no computer could hope to.
