Akihiro and Anette

2016-11-10

"You have no idea how badly I want you now"

Location

<NYC> East Harlem

With the highest violent crime rate in Manhattan and a failing educational system, it is easy to overlook the charms of El Barrio. Amidst its problems, East Harlem is a place thriving with culture. Salsa dancing has a rich history in the neighborhood, and in the open-air markets a wide assortment of goods can be bought from the West African community there.

It's been a rough night for Akihiro and Anette. A night spent out on the town turned into a bar fight. Apparently being an obvious mutant and drinking don't mix. Fights were started, pool cues busted, cops were called, and Anette and Akihiro are now currently running down the streets of East Harlem, speckled with blood, a nasty gash across Anette's cheek bleeding freely, and both of them grinning with a high no drug can match.

Making sure Akihiro keeps up with her, Anette runs until they're several blocks away, several turns separating them from the bar before she turns down an old alley.

"That...was the most fun I've had in ages..." she gasps, panting for breath as she grins up to Akihiro, not seeming to be bothered by the blood dripping down the side of her face.

"Yeah, that was pretty great." Akihiro can't help but grin himself. He takes a step closer to Anette, gently placing a hand on her cheek. "How's your head feeling?"

"It'll heal," Anette says reaching up to touch her cheek, pulling her fingers away to examine the blood. She wipes them clean on her pants as she looks over Akihiro, his own skin and clothes dotted with blood, though probably not his. "You have no idea how badly I want you now..." she says, smirking playfully though she makes no move to act on those desires. "That was...hotter than I thought it would be."

"If it's half as badly as I want you, pretty badly." Akihiro shoots Anette a playful wink, moving forward once more. "Figure if we stick to the alleys, we can make it to a safe house without getting arrested. Then I'm making some waffles."

The way Anette stares at him, she might be considering not leaving just yet. But she ultimately concedes, following along besides Akihiro as he begins to lead them out. "Dammit, why do I keep pinning myself down? Almost makes me miss the freedom."

"Because you like my ass." Akihiro teases, wrapping an arm around Anette as they walk. "Next time let's go get a dinner and set a car on fire like normal people. If you don't get so drunk I'll even give you something special, if you're still in the mood then."

"Don't tell me you don't like drunk me! Drunk me is best me!" Anette protests, walking along beside Akihiro, laying her head against him. "Something special?" she teases. "Pretty sure he'll kill you." No need to specify who.

"Way to jump to conclusions." Akihiro chuckles softly. "And I like drunk you as much as I like sober and stoned you." The sound of sirens gets closer, causing him to push Anette into the shadows and kiss her. At least until the cop ar passes by the alley.

"Then tell me your definition of special," Anette teases. She does tense a bit as she hears the silence approach, surprised, then intrigued when Akihiro suddenly presses her against the wall and kisses her. Her hands rest on his shoulders and she kisses him, far longer than she probably should.

"I'm pretty sure we were already pretty well hidden," she says with a smirk, once their lips finally part.

"Sorry about that." Akihiro says with a self conscious cough, rubbing at the back of his neck. "And I just meant I'd give you a massage. Just not one of the fun ones, that stopped being an option when you started dating dog-boy again."

"Clearly me dating dog-boy hasn't scared you off from everything," Anette says, reaching up to wipe some of her blood off of Akihiro's cheek. "But I'll take the massage. Even if it's boring."

"I think me kissing you to hide from the cops isn't the same thing as me kissing you because I'm still in love with you." Akihiro points out, nudging Anette lightly with his hip. "If anything the blame goes to that bar fight."

"Like I said...we were already down a dark alley. Use the excuse if you like." Anette grins and continues walking down the street. "Though perhaps we should keep the bar fights to a minimum for a bit?"

"I'm not sure if you're being literal, or talking about us, but I'll have to agree with you regardless. Don't wanna get you into any trouble." Akihiro tucks his hands down into his pockets, "Regardless, I'm starving. Let's go clean your head up and find something to cook."
