He sports deep black hair with a very slightly blue sheen and eyes so dark brown they may as well be black. His features are sharp -- thin face, pointed chin, very prominent downturned jag of a nose, lightly tanned skin. Though he is not particularly handsome there is something compelling in his bearing and otherworldly grace that often draws a second look. Reputation xxxxxNone, really. He is magic and he does magic; most noticeably and potently this occurs around finding out and granting people's desires. In general, though, he tries to leave people's lives a little better than before he came into them. xxxxxMaking agreements of any kind with him -- facetious or serious, clearly hyperbolic or not, under coercion, intoxicated, it does not matter -- becomes magically binding.
