Introduction Tabitha hails from Virginia, only having moved to New York City a few years ago. She currently manages a niche shop that carries different clothes and knick knacks for various subcultures. Tabitha's history is a rough one. Broken home, delinquency and drug use, etc. She's redeemed herself since then, and set herself on a better path, but still gives in to petty crime with her mutant abilities, every now and then. While she's well intentioned, and intelligent, she was one of those kids that your parents warned you about. This is especially true when she's feeling mischievous. Tabby has a knack for being blunt, and sometimes she doesn't seem to give a damn towards censoring her thoughts when she talks with others. History Tabitha was raised in Roanoke, VA. Her parents divorced and remarried when she was young, which impacted her greatly, and caused her to act out often. By the time she was in high school, despite her good grades, her family relationships at home deteriorated so bad, that she left home, moved in with friends, and became a delinquent. During these years, her time was filled with drugs, and petty crime to live. Add explosive mutant powers manifesting into the mix and things got weird. Eventually, Tabitha got her act together. She got her GED and eventually enrolled in community college. While attending college, her campus held counselling sessions for mutant students, which she eventually joined. During a session, anti-mutant supporting human students crashed one of these group sessions, and attacked mutant students. The incident made its way to the local news, with footage released showing Tabitha (blurred face) defending mutant students, and using her powers to ward off the attackers. This, combined with other incidents related to her growing abilities, caused her to leave and seek out a new home. She cut her hair, and made her way to New York City, where she currently resides now. Although, she still gives in to petty crime every now and then. Powers Tabitha can create small explosive orbs, as well as absorb their explosive energy. The latter aspect of her powers is limited. She can set the orbs to go off after a certain time frame. They're usually small, like marbles, and have a similar impact to decently sized firecrackers. Skills Tabitha's skills surround her ability to survive through hard times. She doesn't harm others in the act, and usually uses her powers. Mutant Rights - Tabitha used to live in fear of her abilities, but has since then found them to be liberating. She has stood up for mutants in the past, and she may again. She'd love to learn more, and find like minded individuals. Time to Shop - Tabitha is the manager of a clothing shop that caters to certain subculture types, not unlike more popular branded shops out there with goth and nerd branded items. Her store carries clothes, knick knacks, and gifts. Street Cred - Tabby is familiar with the streets. She's been in scraps, and in other tough situations. She doesn't shy away from the harsher parts of life.
