Sunrise Apartments

Description xxxxxThe lobby of this apartment building is shabby, to say the least. The tiling has not been replaced in quite some time, chipped and coming up in many places; there is a faint smell of mildew coming from somewhere by the stairwell. The exterior door has a large crack in it of questionable origin, and the paint is peeling on the interior walls. The elevator is often slow to arrive, though at least the thing /runs/ alright. For now. Notes & Trivia xxxxxThe elevator often gets stuck. It also has the most annoying music playing inside through defunct speakers, making it sound like some sort of infernal summoning ritual. No one can be bothered to fix the elevator or at least the speakers. It is highly likely the most unpleasant elevator to find yourself get stuck in. xxxxxSurprisingly, the place has next to no graffiti. It is said the landlord will beat the living crap out of you if he catches you doing it, and there is a bit of a long-running gag among tenants that the landlord is a mutant whose ability is powered by rage spurred by late payments.
