The light that burns twice as bright...
Introduction

xxxxx Eloise is a homeless teenager on the streets of New York City, one of the many people left displaced in the wake of the plague outbreak. Unlike most of those newly homeless people, she's both a foreigner (British) and a mutant with a visible mutation, both of which add to her problems.

History

xxxxxEloise is the daughter of a British attache assisting the British Ambassador to the United Nations. Her father was assigned to the ambassador's staff a few months before the Virus outbreak, and in the confusion, her father died, she was presumed dead, and her mutation manifested. Amidst the chaos and confusion, she was left on the streets without anywhere to go or anyway to prove who she was. She's been homeless in a foreign country ever since, marked as a mutant by the constant glow pouring forth from her skin.

xxxxx Eloise glows. Brightly. Really, looking directly at her is like looking at a lightbulb. As far as she knows, thats it.

xxxxx Eloise has skills fairly typical of a teenager. She's no savant in anything. She got to go through British rather then U.S. schooling though, for the most part, so she does have that in her favor.

Trivia
  • Eloise spent most of her life in England going to British private schools. Her current status as 'homeless teen in NYC' is largely an accident brought on by the virus and its chaos.
  • Her mother is alive in England, but believes her to be dead. Her family is wealthy, but not absurd, tending more towards being assistants for the more powerful and the true 'upper crust' then anything else.
