xxxxxCommonly known as chlorokinesis, Liv essentially has the ability to alter plants to her will. While there's very little, if anything, that's impossible, there are a lot of factors that determine the difficulty of a particular task.
xxxxxBase She can't create plants from thin air. There must be something to work with, even if it's only a seed.
xxxxxLife She can't bring dead plants back to life. She can heal sick ones though. The plant must also be planted or still growing; she can turn a flower in a vase purple but not your salad.
xxxxxAmount of Change The more she's asked to do, the more effort is required. This includes developing a plant from seed to bloom.
xxxxxPlants Natural State The more she deviates from a plants natural state, the harder it is. Roses have thorns so either removing or adding thorns isn't a big deal. However, dandelions usually don't have thorns so adding them is a bit trickier, though still possible.
xxxxxSize/Complexity of a Plant A single blade of grass requires almost no effort. An entire oak tree is almost impossible (but a single leaf or a small branch is not a problem).
