History xxxxx Kaine was born in Barrow Alaska, a community you have to take a plane or long boat ride to visit. His childhood was as normal as living in a bush community would allow, meaning he often went on hunting or camping trips, and watched things get repaired. He was thirteen when his mutation manifested, but it didn't change things for him, instead giving him something to practice in secret. No good secret lasts forever though, and he ended up with a secondary mutation, making his mutation obvious. That was when he learned what cruelty really was, and that people that have known you forever can turn on you in an instant under the right circumstances. Powers xxxxx Kaine's most obvious mutation is being a fish person. He can stay underwater as long as the water has oxygen to take in, and as long as there aren't enough additives or pollutions for it to be harmful. This of course means that he has to be careful even in a chlorinated pool, and even more so if he were to visit Venice's canals. He's also capable of reaching speeds of almost 35 knots (40 mph or almost 65 kph). He's also capable of turning water and water vapor into ice and snow, as well as manipulating water. Skills xxxxx If something goes wrong with your vehicle, there's a good chance he can fix it, or at least tell you what needs to be done. He also performs modifications or smaller custom builds.
