Seriously though, Kevin's default form is distinct; bleached white skin, no nose, no hair, no irises with his skin fading to black around the eye sockets. When in public, especially around humans, he will morph his appearance to hide his mutations; short black hair swept to one side, brown eyes and a face derived from his mother's and father's to produce what he would hypothetically look like if he lacked the X-Gene.
In either form he stands at about 5'5 with a slim, wiry build. He will sometimes use his powers to "bulk up" for fights, or to not look like a total schlub in superhero-ing scenarios.

xxxxxDespite his distinct appearance, Kevin has done a splendid job keeping his head down. New Yorkers might vaguely remember the bald albino egghead who lived down the street, but he's generally kept his metaphorical nose clean...For now.

xxxxxKevin was evidently mutated from birth; his pale white skin and unique facial structure dead giveaways of the X-Gene. Despite this, his parents were very supportive and went to great lengths to keep him safe, even as his shapeshifting powers began to manifest. It wasn't until his mother's passing due to lung cancer (which sparked a neurotic hatred of cigarettes in Kevin) on the day of his 14th birthday, and the subsequent move to New York as his father attempted to escape his grief that Kevin was properly subjected to anti-mutant sentiment and the dangers he faced as a physically altered mutant. Over the next few years he harnessed his powers towards creating a human appearance for himself, though he couldn't keep it up long enough to truly escape the prejudice that his true appearance attracted. Kevin ultimately would wind up leaving New York City for a time, spending his college years in Scotland. The Pandemic would ultimately drive Kevin to reluctantly return home, to his father and to a city that seemingly resented him, unaware of the close proximity he has to the forefront of positive mutant relations.

xxxxxKevin's body is made up of unstable molecules and, with some effort, he can manipulate them. The further away from his base appearance and body shape he goes, the more energy it takes to morph and maintain said form. He can stretch short distances, bend limbs backwards and grow extra fingers with ease, while more complex changes naturally take more effort, and can be maintained for less time.
The most complex manifestation of his power Kevin can regularly use is creating a convincing human appearance. He can maintain this form for about 5 hours straight, though he'll be exhausted and he can't use his powers in any other way while appearing human.
His powers have great combat potential, though with New York's laws around power usage he has not tapped into it whatsoever...Yet.
A quirk of his power's mechanics is that, since he's just rearranging his molecules, he can't change his mass; if he morphs into something smaller then it must also be more dense. If he's gonna be a cat, it's gonna be the heaviest cat you've ever seen.

xxxxxKevin's abilities and experimental mind drew him to engineering and tinkering with technology; repairing iphones and putting together computers was an easy source of money and his powers give him a lot more dexterity than the average person. This would lead him to a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.
Due to his appearance and the fear of anti-mutant sentiment, he was spurred on to learn how to use a firearm, though he detests them. Still, in a pinch, he knows how to use a handgun.
