xxxxxThe place has ridiculously friendly staff. It's all tightly knit family business, and owners take pride in the fact the place has survived since the 1950s. The owners can often be seen mingling with customers, asking for feedback or generally striking up a conversation.
When it comes to mutants, though, their friendliness is not so high. Physically obvious mutants coming here on their own are generally flat-out denied service; in the company of regulars they are more likely to be seated, though with obvious reticence. Sometimes, they're seated in the back room where they'll attract less uncomfortable attention from their other customers.
The back room, incidentally, is also a place where you can get in on a few good poker and blackjack games - tax free, because, it's illegal anyway. It requires knowing the right people; the times are variable and never announced.
