While there, Robbie got involved in fixing cars and street-racing. xxxxxUncle Eli turned out to be a motherfucker. By the time he was through, Robbie and Gabe's mother was deported -- and they were taken to jail, where they were placed in separate cells. While there, an old man approached him. He told him he could sense Robbie's anger, //feel// it in his bones -- and knew it was righteous. He told him there was a way he could put things right. He told him that the only thing it would cost was the teenager's very soul. xxxxxWhen the cops came to let Robbie go, they claimed to have never seen or arrested Gabe. Robbie flipped -- and in a moment of anger, told the old man he'd do //anything// for the chance to burn this whole fucking city to ashes. xxxxxThe Rider then took him up on that deal. He also knows how to handle himself in a fight, and has a good grasp over anything mechanical.
