He has wide, dark brown eyes, his black hair is usually buzzed short, and though he is biracial his Latine heritage is usually read as a slight tan that persists despite having seen very little sun in his entire adult life. He is suspicious and cynical and pessimistic, showing his gentle and imaginative nature only rarely and to a select few. Powers xxxxxJamie can control other mutants' powers, to an extent. He can boost, suppress, activate, or deactivate powers up to around 15 meters in every direction, but his efficacy diminishes with distance.
