A human couple, who were not expecting their eagerly-awaited firstborn twins to be quite so -- well, blue. It wasn't a particularly cheerful home life, parents never really viewing their sharpclawed sharkteeth twins as anything but monsters; they leapt on the first opportunity to rid themselves of the boys. Things aren't always terrible, though. After a long stint spent largely in cages, the twins were adopted by a young couple in New York, together with an also-adopted younger brother. The couple is now a single, but even though their life comes with all the financial ups and downs of single-parenthood, it's a loving happy home. Their second home, these days, is at Xavier's School, their father's alma mater. Sebastian's pretty thrilled to be in school for the first time. Powers xxxxxBlue. That is likely the first thing anyone notices about Sebastian. His mutation leaves him very noticeably mutanty, adapting his physiology for life in the water. His fingers and toes are webbed (and rather sharp-clawed), he sports a small pair of gills on the sides of his neck and a larger pair down his sides, his clear inner eyelids are helpful for protecting his eyes while swimming.
