Was a Model Student, praised by all the teachers, valedictorian, headed for MIT on graduation; kind of shattered the Xavier's Role Model image by giving more or less a Brotherhood recruitment speech upon graduation and immediately joining the BoM. She does ''not'' come to alumnae reunions. |
| | |
| | {{Tab}}Around the Brotherhood has a reputation as a quiet and brilliant asset to the team, primarily in the tech department. |

| | {{Tab}}Gained a lot more notoriety in summer of 2020 when the Sentinel robots attacked the RNC, killing several prominent Republicans in attendance. As a lead architect of the Sentinel project, B was subsequently arrested -- though the case never went anywhere and after months in jail she was released, charges quietly dropped, though her public reputation as Potential Terrorist Or Potentially Just Hugely Incompetent Engineer has stuck. (One of those stings a lot worse.) |

| {{Tab}}Born in rural Montana, the younger child (by a whopping four minutes!) of a couple recently immigrated from Vietnam. A human couple, who were not expecting their eagerly-awaited firstborn twins to be quite so -- well, blue. It wasn't a particularly cheerful home life, parents never really viewing their sharpclawed sharkteeth twins as anything but monsters; they leapt on the first opportunity to rid themselves of the pair. | | {{Tab}}In and out of a lot of cages. |
| | |
| Things aren't always terrible, though. After a long stint spent largely in cages, the twins were adopted by a young couple in New York, together with an also-adopted younger brother. The family has been through kind of a lot of ups and downs but for all the twists and turns of mutant lift, it's a loving happy home. Went to Xavier's, took as many classes as the school would let hir cram in in between a job at Stark Industries. Graduated as the valedictorian of hir class and upset the teachers greatly when, after being their model student the whole time ze was at school, hir graduation speech all but encouraged hir classmates to give the middle finger to respectability politics and join the Brotherhood instead.
| |
| | |
| Following Xavier's B went off to MIT, aided by a glowing recommendation from Tony Stark himself that maybe helped the admissions board look past the blue skin and claws. That didn't make hir time at school ''easy'', though; hir classmates and teachers alike were uncomfortable to hostile with the small sharky trans girl. Though she excelled academically, emotionally it's been another question entirely, and after three grueling years she made the tough decision to drop out and focus on work.
| |
| | |
| Now returned to New York, ze is working as a researcher at Stark Industries, leading an AI and Robotics team, and have recently started their own tiny startup company on the side -- Mako Inc, a small robotics company. At the moment its flagship product, launched at the very end of 2014 (just in time to fulfill Back to the Future's predictions!) is a hoverboard, marketed as a toy and quite popular with the skater crowd.

| {{Tab}}Blue. That is likely the first thing anyone notices about B. Their mutation leaves them very noticeably mutanty, adapting their physiology for life in the water. Their fingers and toes are webbed (and rather sharp-clawed), they sport a small pair of gills on the sides of their neck and a larger pair down their sides, their clear inner eyelids are helpful for protecting their eyes while swimming. Their smile is somewhat disconcertingly toothy. | | {{Tab}}Shark. |
